As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical applications. You'll work across our stack, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions. - Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of highly scalable and reliable software systems.
- Architect and implement robust solutions that meet current and future business needs, ensuring high performance and security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software development, including testing, documentation, and maintainability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript (Node.js/React).
- Demonstrated experience designing and building scalable backend services (REST APIs, microservices architectures).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, make sound architectural decisions, and drive them to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication (written and verbal).
