Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and resilient microservices and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define specifications, plan features, and drive product roadmap execution.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software development.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across various environments, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#).
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
