- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems using modern engineering practices.
- Lead technical projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Actively participate in architectural discussions, contributing to technology choices and long-term system strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of building successful products.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or Node.js.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and object-oriented design principles.
- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
