Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, robust, and performant software systems and services.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver innovative features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive the evolution of our platform's technical stack.
- Debug complex issues across various layers of the application and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve system performance, scalability, and developer efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design principles (REST, gRPC).
- Demonstrated expertise with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.
