As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment. You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical discussions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and performant applications.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable and robust software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for future product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, make technical decisions, and influence team direction.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
