- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable software solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the overall quality and security of the codebase.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain system stability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to system reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve development processes and product capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and developing microservices-based architectures.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and interacting with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
