Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and algorithms across various platforms.
- Conduct research and experimentation to identify and implement cutting-edge machine learning techniques and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, architect solutions, and integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
- Develop and maintain robust, high-performance, and production-ready machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.

- Perform rigorous testing, evaluation, and optimization of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML models at scale.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
