- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Optimize existing AI/ML systems for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing, evaluation, and monitoring of AI/ML models in production.
- Contribute to the full software development life cycle, including code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the AI/ML engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with large-scale data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
