Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable AI/ML models and systems for various applications.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from conceptualization and research to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to integrate AI solutions.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Optimize existing AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team's technical capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and actively propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data processing and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
