- Lead the full lifecycle design, meticulous development, and robust deployment of scalable AI/ML models and complex systems.
- Collaborate intensely with cross-functional engineering, product, and research teams to meticulously define project requirements and deliver exceptional, production-ready solutions.
- Architect and implement highly efficient, robust data pipelines critical for the training, validation, and inference phases of sophisticated machine learning models.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide invaluable mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, and champion the adoption of best engineering practices.
- Proactively research, evaluate, and integrate nascent AI/ML technologies, cutting-edge frameworks, and advanced methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously optimize existing algorithms and models for peak performance, unparalleled scalability, and cost-effective operational efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and expertly resolve intricate technical issues spanning the entire AI/ML stack, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Actively contribute to the overarching technical strategy and forward-looking roadmap for all significant AI/ML initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related quantitative STEM field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering, with a pronounced and demonstrable focus on AI/ML applications.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python, coupled with extensive hands-on experience with industry-leading AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Profound understanding of core machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, statistical modeling techniques, and data science principles.
- Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to thrive both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Practical experience with MLOps practices, tools, and principles for managing the ML lifecycle is a significant advantage.
