Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML solutions.
- Architect and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Continuously research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to code reviews and best practices within the team.
- Optimize existing ML models and systems for efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and maintainability of all AI/ML infrastructure and applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software engineering with a significant focus on machine learning and AI system development.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing ML workloads and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software design patterns.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
