- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, research, data science) to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability to business problems.
- Optimize existing AI/ML systems for performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable ML systems in production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
