- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, system architecture, and solution designs.
- Implement robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Research and integrate the latest advancements in AI/ML to enhance existing products and develop new capabilities.
- Optimize AI/ML algorithms and infrastructure for efficiency, cost, and scalability on cloud platforms.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to production and maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
