- Architect scalable and robust machine learning systems and data pipelines in a production environment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex research into practical, user-centric features.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software engineering and MLOps.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance existing solutions.
- Optimize AI/ML model performance, efficiency, and resource utilization across various platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrable experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning models and systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
