Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable AI/ML systems and applications.
- Architect and implement core machine learning infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business problems into technical requirements and AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with major AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
