Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other engineers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and other relevant languages.
- Conduct rigorous testing, performance tuning, and optimization of AI/ML algorithms and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to best practices within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, contributing ideas for new technologies and approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI/ML deployments and data pipelines.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI/ML initiatives and product roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a strong attention to detail.
