As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on backend development, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying critical services that power our core products. You'll work with modern technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers, all while solving complex technical challenges that push the boundaries of what's possible.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable and reliable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, data science) to define technical requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various environments (development, staging, production).
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical planning for future product initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in our engineering processes and tooling to enhance productivity and code quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on distributed systems.
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
