Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and reliable backend services using Python and AWS.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features, ensuring robustness and maintainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, resolve complex issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
- Contribute to the evolution of our microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Demonstrable expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, ECS/EKS).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design principles (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Proficiency in database technologies, both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successfully leading technical initiatives.
