Tanggung Jawab

  • Full lifecycle technical recruiting for various engineering, product, and data science roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, provide regular updates, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR partners.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.

Kualifikasi

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier talent in competitive markets (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers).
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and engineering methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
