- Full lifecycle technical recruiting for various engineering, product, and data science roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Manage candidate pipelines, provide regular updates, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR partners.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier talent in competitive markets (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and engineering methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
