This one-day course for experienced cookery leaders or two-day course for beginners was set up for those involved with the running of cookery clubs for children, young people and their families. Accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, the course gave participants the practical skills and knowledge they needed to teach cookery to children and young people, which inspired them to cook, choose and eat healthy, tasty food.

With an emphasis on practical, hands-on learning, the course included demonstration practice and tips on setting up cooking sessions at any location.
